Canadian Bhutanese Society invites all CBS members to attend the Annual General meet
as well as New Year 2014 celebration gathering. As it has been our tradition for last four years, CBS will present its annual report and highlight various activities organized during the past year. Members can renew their annual CBS membership during the function including registration of new membership. The function also serves as an opportunity to welcome the new arrivals of 2013 to Lethbridge and greet them.
The second part of the gathering is to bid farewell to the past year and welcome the New Year 2014. It is that time of the year that we could reevaluate and find our short comings so that we can improve from them. We can set our goals and milestones for the coming year accordingly. It is also the time to cherish our accomplishments of the past year.
To make this gathering even more interesting, CBS youth group is working hard to make the nite a musical extravaganza. The youth group is presenting various cultural dances, songs and other activities. They have also taken the responsibility to volunteer for a smooth functioning of the event. As always CBS is very thankful to the cultural program presenters which has always become our binding factor to bring these kind of events a happy ending.
The event is being held at Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization near the City Hall ( 500 – 11 Street South Lethbridge, Alberta T1J4G7) . The celebrations start at 5.30 pm and will end by 11pm.
