The Reception was held in Lethbridge on the 20th Feb. 2012, which was wonderful, so was the delicious dinner, especially the Khasiko Masu, (Padam, the master chef of the event) on the note I would like attach the comments sent by Raju and Usha Di.

I just finished eating my dinner and I was compelled to write this email. The food at yesterdays wedding party was really really really good. But a very special “really” goes out to whoever made the Khasi Ko Masu (Goat Meat), it was the best Khasi Ko Masu I have ever tasted. I just finished eating the left over we had brought from the party and wished we had brought more…
Thank you very much and a very best compliments to the Chef.

Raju,
I totally agree with you, Khasi ko masu was to die for. I mentioned it to the ladies at the servery. Now I know where to get the recipe from. I heard Kaila Bhai was the Chef. Other tarkari and Achar were prepared in typical Nepali way, very much to our liking. Thank you everyone for the terrific food.
